Which Amazon office is better? I hear Sunnyvale has no work-life balance.
After all the bad publicity on Amazon's work life balance, still no change in that situation?
They don't care. They pick up the junior people that can't get into G/FB/MS, and then pick up very senior people and pay them more than G/FB/MS.

I interviewed at Sunnyvale and to be honest, the campus is completely soulless and nothing nearby. At least the Seattle location is in the middle of the city. And if you're in the bay area, at least places like Facebook, Google and Apple offer nice amenities on campus. With all of those companies edging closer and closer to the Seattle Corp location, I'm hoping the competition will see an increase in amenities for us in Seattle as well. But I'm not holding my breath.

My friend moved to Seattle from the Bay Area, likes her job hates Seattle. I have gone to the Sunnyvale office and security there is higher than at the military field across the street
sunnyvale office is a big shithole. there is no work life balance.
