Security Clearance and TC
Someone mentioned to me there is a TC bump for folks who have (and use) their security clearance for work at MSFT. But I haven't been able to find anything on HRWeb about it. Does anyone know (or have pointers to docs) about this?

Depends on your clearance. A TS/SCI with Full Scope (lifestyle) polygraph nets an annual cash bonus: 25% of base salary, which gets divided by 4 and paid quarterly as Pew said.
I don’t recall the specifics but it was some 10-15% additional pay (divided by 4) of your base pay, paid out every quarter. Others can correct me if this has changed.
