Hi, One of my friend is current MS student at USC and looking for internship opportunities at Facebook/Google (Network Engineering team).Can anyone kindly refer? I know this is not a right place to ask for referral but still giving a try....
Suggest blind to your friend. That’s what you are doing. Your friend might find more than what he/she/other want by searching around.
Blind is not accepting University email id. So I posted.
Why not have them apply like everyone else? They already stand a much better chance than your average college student by being both an MS student and from USC. The cards are stacked in their favor.
If your friend knows someone that works there, they should ask them for a referral directly. If not, they should apply on the careers page of the companies' websites just like the rest of us did.
Why not search LinkedIn and find some GF engineers?
