Senior Finance Analyst offer at Amazon AWS
Anyone have recent offer data for comparison? Salary: $115k Yr 1 signing bonus: $37k Yr 2 signing bonus: $30k RSUs: 40 shares (valued @ $76k as of 5/10/19) Role is based in Seattle. Recruiter claims it’s at the top of the pay band. On the phone she said she thinks she might be able to bump salary to $120k, yr 1 to $40k, but drop yr 2 to $29k. What do you folks think? Is that 76k of RSUs every year or vesting over 4 years?

Essentially they’re pegging you to $145k TC per year. Sounds about midway through the band to me. I believe top of band for L6 SFA is around 180k but few are at top of band. Also depends if you’re MBA or not. I’m L6 SFA for a year and change having been promoted from L5. No MBA. My base is lower but my TC is higher at $155k.
Thx I'm non MBA as well. Sounds like I should be able to push for higher bonus then
