I’d say base smts is 145-170k and lmts is 170-200k. No idea on stock.

I declined, as they offered SMTS and wasn’t ready to upgrade to LMTS
200k is LMTS territory for your base. With 14 years experience you should probably be shooting for that

I have no idea what they are giving away these days in terms of that.
