Base in Bay Area: 120k for demand gen, 140k for product marketing, 110k for comms +10% bonus

130-150k depending on company. Skip equity go with sign in bonus and base comp increase.

I shared the numbers for series A and those are accurate based on comp for my previous and other series A companies. Public companies (PYPL, SQ) or soon to be public (Stripe, Credit Karma) companies can be much more competitive with compensation compared to series A companies.
