Any ideas for senior engineering manager Spotify salaries in London? Are they very different from Sweden / NY? YOE 11

mdhap Sep 27, 2019Am not sure. It could be depending on number of reportees, number of years of experience. My guess for 11YOE would be 70000-80000SEK per month. Note: Above is guess

I have a friend who got an EM offer from their NY office at $200k base. I don’t have specifics for the rest of the comp, but told me stock offer felt really low. Ended up declining.

Yeah, maybe even more so in London or Sweden, though Europe is well-known for having way less salaries than US.
