There is a policy which prohibits transfer to outside India from India. Already informed in all hands multiple times
Why do they prohibit ?
You may ask engineering head who came up with the policy
Not going to happen unless you know your exec member and he pushes for it. international transfers are reviewed by the executive team and don't get approved unless your transfer has a good business reason. I was denied a transfer recently and was told it would not be for the good of the company
Thanks
Mostly it wouldn't happen unless you bring a lot to the table. As this is a work on their platform it would take a couple of years doing that. They have made an IDC in India for shifting work here. So it not a good bet that you will be getting a transfer.
My situation is kind of different. My to be wife works in the US (another company) hence wanted to know if ServiceNow can move me internally. I work in the sales and marketing function.
