Shanghai Recommendations?

Heading to Shanghai for the first time for system development needs and I'll have some off time over a couple of weeks. I'll be there for a good while and wanted to come up with a bucket list to do during my stay. Any recommendations? Restaurants - Ultraviolet? Or overrated? Bars Experiences Suit making/Tailoring
