Team Matching happened before HC Took 3 weeks from on-site to HC, passed HC A week after... Still waiting on offer

My recruiter gave me updates every 1-2 weeks and they were in batches. I wasn’t in a rush so the recruiter would ping me when there was interest from a hiring manager.

HC a week after on-site, then two weeks to do team matching. Only spoke with 2 teams. Altogether 3 weeks from on-site to offer accepted
HC took 5 days, then team match took 1 day
