Sharing my offers , evaluate (Fb, Google,Ms and Appl) , current SDE2

Offers , thoughts ?
Google (team matched GCP) - T4 (Seattle) , 145k base, 480k worth stocks/4 , 40k signon and year end 15%
Fb- E5(Seattle) , 180k base, 600k stocks/4, 40k signon
Apple(Bay area)- ICT4 , 180k base, 240k/4, 40k signon
Msft Azure(Redmond) -L63 , 160k base, 220k/4, 70k/2 years signon.
Current ~210k tc.
Wanted Google, but they won't budge on salary(bumped up initial stock from 260 - 480k after fb offer). Recruited mentioned they had to get special approval from Vp or something.
Fb hearing lot of terrible things about work life balance.
MSFT recruiter said this is top of the line and absolute max for 63.
Apple seems lowball in terms of stock.
Opinions/Suggestions ?

Know dozen of engineers joining Google as L5 with this range of experience. The best one only has 4 years of experience
They have a spreadsheet with parameters like years of experience, education and current (or competing) compensation. So they define the level they’re gonna try to hire you at by entering those numbers and looking up what the spreadsheet shows them. And trust me, there’s no cell in it which would associate 4-5 yoe with L5 :)
Then, assuming you’ve rocked the interviews the hiring committee usually recommends hiring you at one level below of what HR proposed, unless you demonstrated some good signals you could potentially execute at the level above than proposed. Meaning, to get hired at L5 you must show some L6 traits.
The only exception when, despite HC recommendation to lowball you, you can still be hired at the level proposed by HR is VP review. To keep your level VP essentially says: we want this particular guy so badly at this point, that I agree to give hime more $$ just to get him do the work.
Btw, what is the minimum YoE for L4 that you know of?
Seems like a solid FB offer. If you don't care about the location, I would take that over all the others after considering the comp and level.
Congratulations!
If you haven't negotiated much with FB yet, you might be able to bump either base to 190 or RSU to 700. If FB is location agnostic then I've definitely seen higher signon up to
100 (maybe depends on interview performance). You might be able to convince them with the whole "I'll accept on the spot if you increase my bonus" thing. Regardless, FB gave a decent offer. Congrats!
I’d say it’s 80% percentile of L4. And L4 for 5-6 years of experience is just about right.
FB offer is the absolute top, especially for the aforementioned yoe. It’s even overpaid imo. I’d choose FB w/o a doubt.
Congrats and thanks for both the posts! Good luck!
