I recently have offer from them and they are paying very less. I want to know do they give stocks also?

98.5k base and upto 25k variable TC 123k

There is another recent post about shopee offer that also mentions not receiving any rsu. Seems like it varies? as I've seen other offer posts with rsu.
Yes they denied me giving any RSUs,so I declined their offer.
Is Shopee offer higher than your salary? Normally, they will give you the offer base on your current salary.
Mind sharing the interview experience?
Interview was decent. First you will be given a written test which consisted of 10 MCQs and 2 coding problems for 90mins. After that there were 3 rounds over the zoom meetings. First 2 rounds were purely technical of 1.5 hours each and the third round was technical+managerial round of around an hour. The Problem solving and DS difficulty level is easy. The design question maybe asked by manager.

Less than what I told Shopee HR as my expectation before the interview process. the offer that they have given to me doesn't have any stock component. Do think it would make sense to negotiate with them for stocks, because they look reluctant to increase the base
