I am getting offer from Shopee Singapore. Base salary 7.5K SGD monthly Yearly bonous: 25k SGD yearly Relocation bonous: 1.5K one time Total year of experience 6 years. Current TC: 50 LPA Please let me know if offer is good or not
This is the first number they gave you? Seem low for 6 years. Did you tell them your expectation? Let us know how the negotiation goes

Normally, they ask you about your current salary. What's your expected salary did you say to them? Base salary should base on your current salary and your performance in the interview.
What if you refuse to tell them your current salary? I am sure a lot of people won't disclose their current salary

I mean, that Sgp salary is 60L after converting. Do you really need to ask whether 60L in Singapore is comparable to 50L in India? How is this even a question
