I interviewed at Peloton recently for a TPM position. If given an offer, should I accept it? Also, how much money should I ask for 10 YoE? #Peloton #TPM #Salary
They seem to have path to profitability. Reviews for their S1 have been positive. What’s your current TC? A good place to start is 1.5x current TC

How do peloton stock options work?
Did your offer include an annual bonus? How does it work? I got an offer and the recruiter said they have one, but very vague on the details when I asked what the multipliers were, etc. I can't find anything online, so I don't know if it's new, or if he's BSing me.
