Sign on bonuses for non technical roles at Google?

Generally no sign on bonus but they have relo packages

Any idea what that can usually look like numbers wise??

That’s actually surprising. I’ve heard from $30K to $50K..

I interviewed for PMM roles across the industry. Nobody gave sign on bonuses but I negotiated higher RSUs and bonus %. There’s no reason for companies to give sign-on when they can convince you to stay longer and wait for the vesting.

Which role and office? What are you currently? AE? SSP?
