Signs of a healthy startup?

I'm eyeing this startup which is in series C. They got 100 million downloads for their product and 50% customer growth increase for 2019. Founders already sold a previous startup couple years ago. They have 3 offices. I'll be number 150. Are these decent enough stats? What other indicators do you look for? Offer will prob be 130k, 40k sign on and 10k options or .3% equity. TC: $0 left my job

Did I just see healthy and startup in a same sentence?

TC zero? By series C, they should have enough money to start paying. Are the other 149 people TC0 as well? Other than pay, it sounds like a good opportunity. Are they hiring marketers? 😉

Yes they are hiring. My TC zero cuz I left my job to switch

Also do read Glassdoor reviews. They are tend to be pretty accurate when it comes to startup. Personal experience !

There are no reviews which seems good since no one is complaining.

What? No reviews for a series c start-up company. Sounds weird

The chance that you make more than you would have at a FANG is 0

Why

Equity dilution. Startup comp structure isn't setup to benefit employees.

Check the company culture as well. I left a startup two months ago too. It was growing but my manager was crazy.
