Are there any Solution Principal with Slalom here? I got an offer for a SP role and would like to get some feedback.
SA and will be an SP in the future, feel free to DM
How do you like slalom
Depends on the market and practice to be honest. You could be mostly delivery. You could be mostly BD. You could be split between the two.
Do you enjoy working there
Can you put details here? I just did a phone screen for a Solution Owner/Practice Area Lead role
Solution owner is a very different role than a practice area lead.
That’s correct. Those roles are very different.
What ended up happening in your situation? I have a final in-person interview next week for Principal Consultant/PAL (they aren't sure where to put me yet) and am curious about the process, comp and roles.
My people manager used to be an SP (currently a PAL). His role on projects used to be a technical architect and he used to do some business Dev work too. The titles in Slalom are very confusing and two SPs in the same market could be doing different roles.
Can you share total comp details? I am keen to know TC for Principal Consultant
Denver local is a market to stay away from
Can confirm
Unless you want staff augmentation projects that are more or less menial roles for years and years with in the same 4-5 companies
