I'm spending ~ 4 hrs during weekdays and > 6 hrs on the weekends.
This literally is addiction and is making me highly unproductive personally and professionally.
Appreciate any help to detoxify.
PS: iOS Downtime isn't helping a lot.

- Microsoft Hardwork18moreI found success by giving my iOS screentime password to my friend and my girlfriend. They chose one for me and sent it to each other. I have limits on time of day and aggregate time.
You might also need to do it for your laptop because that is the next source of pleasure after your phone goes away
