Hi all, I’m interested in opportunities on the augmented reality team at Snap inc. I’m passionate about augmented reality and I think Snap’s products in this space are very innovative. From my research there seems to be polarized opinions about company direction and work/life balance. That said people love the people, diversity, and benefits. Can anyone give me an objective perspective on culture in the team? Are people kind, smart, and creative? How is work life balance? How is life as a product manager? Are teams empowered? With gratitude, Ps. If possible, please can we limit the views related to stock price.

All of the above is different from team to team. As I understand Snap is way better than gaming companies as it's more tech heavy.

IMO that team really needs C++ and graphics experts, not really product managers. If you/anyone else worked on the EA frostbite engine or AAA rendering you should apply
