Snapchat annual bonus?
Got an L4 offer from snap and recruiter told me that target bonus for this level is 75k!? Wow don't know whether this is true. I only know very few from Apple's rockstar teams can get this many cash bonus every year. But at the same time the bonus part is not in official offer letter. Is this really the case?

The system is in flux and no one really understands it, just know that people didn't get bonuses when they were told they were in the past.

I didnt get any bonus last year even though was promised 10%.
Same here; no bonus. The funny part was how hard the recruiter sold the stock and bonus. Wish I knew was total BS.
Did you read Glassdoor before considering snap?
