Snapchat on-site: No response after a week of interview
It’s been a week since my on-site interview. Had four rounds of technical and one behavioral, more of a whiteboard discussion than coding on laptop. Since when Snapchat changed its interviewing style? I’ve not got any response yet, should I move on? Last time, I got a quick rejection.
Reach out to recruiter.. Almost anything can be happening. If you want the job reinforce your interest to the recruiter.

Follow up? If they don’t respond then it’s just a bad recruiter
After a week the interview results disappear. They're ephemeral!
Weird. Most feedback for candidates happen the next business day. Decision is most likely in, so not sure what recruiter is waiting for, maybe leveling decision ? (Good news for you in that case haha)
Maybe they're trying to find a team match... I'd ask the recruiter.
