So about two years back, SAP HR increased number of sick leaves from 10 to 14 and sent out a proud email about the policy change to everyone in the company. This year, they sneakily decreased it to 12 and no one was even informed about the change. On asking the HR why so, they replied “ah, well” a little more sophisticatedly though. Is your HR sneaky too? Maybe they’re stealing your bonus too.

- Idk what company multiplier means but yeah, seems arbitrary. Might have something to do with the fact that we lose $80M per quarter and spent >$400 per customer in customer acquisition costs over the last year. But if that's the case, be upfront about it. Don't pay people half the money and tell them about it later.
