So many people getting Google offers

I see a lot of people getting offers from Google these days. Google has a very high hiring bar, regardless people are managing to get offers. For people who got offers from Google recently (in the last 2 years), which of the following options do you is relevant based on your experience.

Leetcode?

Might be true, might be not. Though they became more flexible on skipping phone screens.

Google really sucks in terms of hiring because the bar purely depends on how many people it neesd to hire.

You have to leetcode, period. I am not sure hiring bar lower - I was given leetcode medium-hard. But they do have lengthy/complicated hiring process for better or worse.

It's way too lengthy and I will never go through it again despite getting an offer. Google does not treat candidates humanely IMO

Right, I skipped phone screen.

Same. I didn't even have a reason to skip, they just didn't schedule me for a screen and scheduled me for onsite after about a month.

I did even less. But that would be sufficient preparation for anyone who is considering.
