F500 company: Favorite part of the job: The day I quit. Company sounds cool on paper but it's full of old people (average age is 50-ish) and there's no innovation whatsoever. Red tape everywhere, no budget for anything, outdated technology etc.
Lmao is this Bloomberg
Nope, French company
Worked at a F100 and a startup, both were better experiences than my current role, only thing making up for it is $, but can’t justify staying longer
VMware (my immediate team at least) is the best place I worked at, and I worked at a few.
Worked at an old traditional F100 as a dev and it was really chill, great work life balance, no stress, and shit pay.
Microsoft was pretty cool. Both Washington and California. Decent pay, great team, and good projects.
