SoFi FP&A salary?
Current TC = $75k YOE = 5 Location = SLC, UT I'm interviewing at SoFi in SLC, and have a 4th interview this week (why so many, I don't know)... I feel like I will get an offer... I'm curious what kind of TC I should be expecting? Anyone working at SoFi in finance? How's the work life?

With you YOE any private company in Bay Area should give you above 100k. Don’t know about sofi tho
It's hard to say since I only know engineers, and SoFi blocked blind from email so people can't register now. With our benefits and bonus structure though (not sure how that works with your position?) It should on the highest end for the slc area.

I never work over 40, sometimes work less. Especially on Fridays. I used to work in the cottonwood heights office before the engineers moved as well, it's a really nice office and I would say it's a pretty good culture. The $12 for lunch is nice, and so are other benefits. I can't speak to how it is for other departments but I can't imagine it being too different.
Moved from Goldman Marcus in Draper as 2nd year ASO to SoFi in Cottonwood Height a few years ago. Comp was roughly in line with yours at $76k and 5.5YOE. SoFi offered higher comp at $85k and manager title in Ops Strategy. Overall ok experience. Perks are def more than what Goldman can offer. The hiring bar was significantly lower though, so be mentally prepared to see a messy bathroom at all time. It is weird to say this but I have a pet peeve not to shit on dirty restroom.
Generally an FA is between 65k-90k, SFA is ~120k, Manager is ~$150k for base salary alone.
