Sure. You will be lying in order to obtain an immigration benefit which, if they ever find out you did that, is technically grounds to deport you and declare you permanently inadmissible to the United States. They might be more lenient but your fate at that point would depend on the whim of the officer who catches you. Guess you can roll the dice and find out how good their social media scrapers are, whether they are good enough to find your real account and RFE you about it or whether you get away with it. My guess, based on Snowden's leaks, is that the NSA has an excellent scraper and already knows your accounts, but I don't know whether NSA shares that information with DHS. Historically US federal agencies have not cooperated with one another as much as you would expect them to. Try it and report back your success or failure.

This would imply you're required to have social media accounts or if you leave it blank someone is going to go check. And if someone is just gonna go verify the account why do they need it in the first place??
