Compensation: base pay same , docusign giving more stocks but AppDynamics giving me more bonus for year ultimate end of the year everything same

DocuSign is a great place to work. Like everything else, it depends on who you report to, your management chain, what you work on and what you want. I like everyone who works there and find the work challenging and impactful. Good luck with your choice.
Don’t do AppD, my honest opinion. Any place in this world will be better than AppD. DONT DO APPD....
AppD has a weird culture right now. The eng team is separated into two main groups so it depends under what VP you will be under
Can't speak to the work culture from direct experience - but I only hear good things about working at Docusign. However Docusign has 1 core product that is commoditized (several equal or almost as good products that cost far less - Adobe, Hellosign, etc), and they have no durable competitive advantage besides market share unless they get acquired (by SalesForce?) - which is def possible. In advance of going public recently they jacked up their pricing on customers to make their numbers look good - knowing that switching costs are high and a lot of customers would have no choice - I would expect they may pay the price for that in the next few years.
Don't do APPD ... Seriously, it's imploding right now and you don't want your new job to be a train wreck.
I wouldn't say Appd is bad like other folks here. However if comp is same, go with docusign. Mind sharing your Appd offer ?
