Software engineer level and compensation in Wayfair Berlin
What should be the joining level and decent compensation(base, stocks individually) for someone joining Wayfair Berlin having almost 4 years of experience of Software Engineer?

Depends on how you did in the interviews, not on your experience. Having said that I'm gonna assume you'll be coming in at L2, i.e. 69k base with 500 RSUs, bringing TC to around 90k. Have they made an offer?
