Anywhere between 150k to 180k for 1st level manager

Not sure. But I'd say 170k to 210k
Checkout levels fyi for info it's pretty accurate, it will be slightly less since all hires are given flat amount of stock now instead of RSU units. Not sure how much engineering manager makes but senior SWE with only 3 YOE get around 300k, so I assume you will make more
