Well they started by doing their own shitty poc designs and has slowly crawled up out of the ocean Now standing up they can use their own sw that has limited constraints to Any hw architecture. Not a bad strategy but I am sure there has been a cost burden. In the process through they abuse customer support from said hw companies to leap them forward. Been going on for 10 years
