What's a typical sales structure for an enterprise SaaS sales person? How much base and what % of sales do they typically get?
For example a Workday, SAP, Avature...etc
However, I just accepted a role at one of the big 5 and I'll be at 175 base + 65 variable + RSUs. I don't know what the % commission breakdown looks like yet though sorry. This is at a cloud computing company and is in USD.
