First of all, i think im good at it. got multiple offers, and negotiate successfully. Few key things, 1. lineup interviews at the same time. 2. Usually interview result only takes 2 days, so if u did 1 perfectly, u will get result at similar time. 3. Negotiate with real offers in hand, dont bluff, otherwise they might revoke offer. 4. Understand the company max possible provided tc, dont set an impossible goal. 5. Dont negotiate too hard on the company that u want to join or the offer which is already the strongest. People dislike the greedy folks. AND interviewcompanies also have other alternatives.
OP mind sharing the named of companies which gave offers
I have two companies willing to make offer but they asked me my expectation, I told them to come up with something first.. was that the correct strategy?
That is right, if you give numbers then they will come up relative to that, where as if they come up with numbers then you know the game.
sometimes recruiter come up with tactics to not disclose their numbers and rather dig more into your numbers. Tell recruiter, look, my numbers are bit not so straight forward with lots of vested equity in various forms and different vesting tenures so why don’t you give hiring team’s number?
I currently have several verbal offers from companies with tentative numbers at the lower ranges, but they say they're able to go higher, especially with information about other offers. How do I push the offers up when they're all in that state?

Fair enough, also don’t show super excited or not at all happy with engagement. Just move forward with positive but neutral presentation.
