1. Keep on learning, learn Leetcode, learn system design, learning ood, learning softskills. 2. Understand how to deal with politics, politics exists everywhere, Im glad that MSFT is one of the most political places in all tech companies. So I learn a lot. 3. Never settle, always chase a higher position, a higher tc. The earlier u accumulate the better chance that u will be a lifetime winner. Once u enter your 30s, have family and kids, u will know that ur time will be greatly reduced, so it will become even harder for u to climb your career or make more money.
Can confirm about point 3, left Microsoft Azure for Google Cloud, if you care about TC you gotta jump ship
Blasphemy! LeetCode is life!!
I ship SO MUCH code I write with dry erase marker. 🙄 Indeed. It’s fucked.
Can confirm point 3 and 4 (about not having anytime after family)
What if I want to make a startup?

If u feel msft has politics come to oracle 😊
Oracle is a mix of ex-Amazon and ex-MS people. So it totally makes sense to have the worst of both companies, considering it's not advancing much.
And it’s in decline. The OCI shit seems like a shark tank.
