Do they have office in California?

Not sure the TC, I’d expect less than 140k. They lay people off for fun there, but Santa Barbara is an awesome place to live.

FANG compete with each other for talent because they are all in the Bay Area. Sonos competes in Santa Barbara with Logmein and Procore. Is there a reason why you think they’d offer something comparable? Santa Barbara is cheaper. Not a lot, but still cheaper. Maybe you’re such a special talent that they will pay Bay Area prices, but in my experience they are a lot lower.
