Anybody here been through the SpaceX hiring process? How long does it normally take them to let you know if you got the job or not?
They didn’t ghost me they got the rejection back to me very quickly they communicated very well and were very respectful. I over all very much so enjoyed my interview experience with them even though their programming test is very poorly designed
Every location was/is affected. The stress factor also. I was working the same hours like when I was at Microsoft (less than 40), but the amount of work was at least double. Ever changing priorities and schedules, some badly designed software that you never have the time to fix because it's needed 24/7 and new features are added daily. The biggest problem for me was my obsession with the company and rockets as a whole. So I spent 7 hours in the office, but then keep thinking about work at home. I still miss it, but I am glad I don't work there anymore.
I’ve also read that it has the worst hours worked to pay ratio of any tech company apparently they bank heavily on the cool factor to get talented employees to work hard for less
