SpaceX warning to get out of the house to local residents due to the blast

Notice went out, so kind of like 'Don't say we didn't warn you'.

That's like saying I may light your house on fire but don't say I didn't warn you. The warning is nice for protecting yourself, but does jack shit for your property.

SpaceX would have came after the titles. They are generally copied exactly from the previous owner title specifying plot and location details. If something actually happens, this one would end up for insurance to pick up. If they deny the claims, SpaceX lawsuits. Assuming it would not be bad and they are just being cautious, they would likely just pay the damages.
