Seriously guys, anybody thinking of dropping weight?? Go for spin class 3-4 times a week and watch your diet. I’ve lost 14 pounds in 9 weeks and in a very sustainable way. I’ve done crash diets before and lost weight but I can’t see myself doing it long time. I love spinning! Good luck and happy new year everybody!

- I did OTF and found good results there. Great muscle growth too, though because of the format you can’t focus on one area (Cept your butt. Your butt gets a workout every class)
