got a verbal that splunk will make ans offer for sr mgr engg (M4) whats the TC range i can expect? also any feedback on wlb/culture 1st offer base - 250k bonus - 20% RSU - 450k how is this offer currenr TC ~300 Yoe: 19
Work life balance is good. Usually, competitive/solid offers but I can’t speak to M4. Culture is ...it was big party, but now everyone has passed out and is lying around on couches & it’s past time to go home.
Not sure I understand your culture comment. Is it supposed to mean it used to be high energy and fast paced as a startup and not is easy going and boring

They prefer to hire from outside. Career growth is not very good at Splunk.
Is that at specific levels like IC to manager transitions or at all levels?
