I have an onsite with Splunk for a PM position coming up. What kinds of interview questions can I expect?

It would be great if you can provide some specifics:

-How important are behavioral/culture fit questions? Can you rank the following traits (or others): hard working, empathetic, intelligence, business minded, prestige/academic, startup/hacker ?

-Prior Splunk product knowledge. How big of an advantage is this ?

-Case study or open ended questions ? Are these common?

-How technical ? Basic knowledge of how web technologies works ? Systems design level ? Traversing binary trees?

-Strategy questions?

Any other color you can add will be much appreciated.

Being technical always helps. Perhaps not tree traversals but definitely a good understanding of how web technologies come together.
Knowledge of Splunk the product also helps, as does knowledge of other competitive products.
    Best of luck!
