Thank you! Had a great experience with the Splunk recruiters and the leadership team. Everyone were very prompt in responses and keeping me updated every step of the way. Had a phone screening with HM, two on-sites followed by another call with HM. Took around 3 weeks.
What was the nature of system design questions? And was there a coding round?
Medium scale difficulty on scaling for system design. No coding as it should be for leadership roles. They got it right.
Would you says Grokking system design level knowledge suffices?

500+ but with your low expr. I think you shouldnt be greedy
