Square phone interview
Recently gave phone interview with Square 1. First phone interview was good. Considering Square phone interview pattern, I was able to do main question and one follow up but did not get time to do the second follow up 2. Second phone interview question was little challenging and finish the main problem but did get a chance to do the follow-up. Does Square require both the interviews to be really good to be considered for onsite?
They have their own custom questions not generic leetcode questions
When you say not leet code questions.. were those alien questions.. I would guess pattern would still be same

No - we may still bring you onsite if one was good and the other wasn't egregiously bad.
If the second one was worst than the first one then you’ll probably won’t come onsite. We require two phone screens if the first screen didn’t provide enough positive signal for the interviewer.
