I want to invest heavily in SQ (Square) . What do you guys think? Is the statement “Square is the amazon of payments” true? http://markets.businessinsider.com/currencies/news/square-stock-price-competitors-stuck-in-the-past-on-bitcoin-analyst-interview-2018-3-1017590542
unfortunately the stock already has this priced in
I'd say it's a good long-term bet. Still pretty volatile though
I would recommend, I invested in SQ a year ago.
Got in at $9, and again at $25
Amazon shut down its own version of square (local register) two years back because it is not profitable
It’s just the beginning.
Hope you took the plunge :D it’s over $50 now
Yes I did. Bought at $46 and doubled at $44. $52 now
Probably that’s late but ya there is lot of potential.
"Why can’t they disrupt some of the legacy HR and payroll providers? It’s just software. " - that's a very stupid argument.
