Recruiter is asking me for expected comp. This is a C13 position. What should i ask as base and bonus? Also, do they give joining bonus? Stocks? Current TC 122k detroit.

I’d guess base ~140, bonus is usually discretionary so you probably won’t get a set percentage target & it depends on the business unit. Signing bonus, yes. Stocks, depends on your ranking - after a certain level you’ll get options, but I’m not sure what that level is at Citi
