Sr technical account manager at Amazon TC
Any idea what would be the right numbers (base + RSU) to ask for Sr technical account manager with Amazon in Dallas. Have 10 + years of experience with systems, devops virtualization and other technologies.
That role (and job family) tends to have lowish TC from what I understand. I don’t have exact numbers and hopefully I’m wrong on that, but negotiate hard either way. Sorry to not be more helpful.

Last I heard was 150-200k TC but this was before the Crazy stock surge. Probably more like 250-300k now. Sr is L6 so yeah.
Any idea about the location for above compensation ?
The pay is same for all locations except SF and NY for this role. The 180-240k is roughly correct and stock-surge dependent up to 300k. You can bet on a $190k offer and negotiate the stock, your base will be set on the interview and will likely not budge without an exception.
