An acquaintance of mine works there. They work ridiculous hours, and the management deals with the morale problems by throwing money at people. A junior developer there can make a lot of money, but they have to work like dogs. YMMV.
Do you know how much they get paid?
was making 184k at amazon as SDE1 and stackline offered 160k for more hours f that.
It’s a true startup. Hours have leveled out to “tech norm” and they make every effort to pay at or above median pay. As of 2019 regretted turnover is down and “management” is systematically working through growing pains.
Perks? Wlb? Learning? Growth?
Anyone working at stackline. Please dm me.
A bit late to the party but I've worked at Stackline for about a year now. If anyone has any questions let me know 3 YOE TC: ~170k
170k tc seems low. What’s their pay like?
Hey. How is the work life balance there?
