Can you add a feature to do a mobile order in advance? or perhaps a reminder when I'm getting near to a GPS location? I have a problem with my battery dying before I get close enough to warrant ordering.

I’m not sure I understand this. I can order from afar. It just informs you that you’re not within the range and you can proceed anyways. It’s however possible they’ve applied the limitation geographically though. I’m not in SV.

You can but they make the order immediately so that it's bad before you get there

I just want someone to fix their voice recognition. In a perfect world, everyone would have a team member from the Deep South testing voice recognition and not just Cali / coastal people with newscaster accents.

I guess this could be a useful feature but most MOP orders don’t take that long to make so you’re better off ordering in the parking lot before you walk in and it should only take like 2 minutes to get your drink.

Mobile orders can take about 10+ min when lines are long.
