Can anyone please guide me on the interview process and points of concern of Starbucks.
Starbucks interviews are a breeze. It’s more about the conversation than anything else. Starbucks is an emotionally driven company rather than data driven so learn how to be a good storyteller. Prepare by having examples of your career accomplishments and how you achieved them you may bring it up in 1 interview during your on-site loop. Otherwise, most of the interview is based on how well you can relate to the team.
