Although not a tech destination, still a top employer in the NW. Several co-workers have recently left Amazon to join, so I’m interested in hearing both negative and positive experiences from former/current employees.

Old tech, layers upon layers to get anything done, and you will run into 75% of their directors that worked their way up from the stores. Not saying that is a bad thing, but when you have no background in tech how are you leading a team.
Annual RSU refresh is only like 10% of base. Probably still better than amazon tho 🙂
