Startup vs current role compensation?

Current role - Senior PM
Base- 177k, bonus 17%, RSU- 270k, ESPP - 10%
YoE- 7 years (masters in US)

What salary should be good to target to go for a early stage startup wrt compensation? Yes, how the company is doing is critical along with the team but solely from compensation hit perspectives, what would be a logical option?

I always hear folks say, base will take a hit but do compensate that for stock options. Folks who have jumped from larger to smaller company, looking for inputs!

      With 0.5% probability have to calculate guaranteed base vs. variable portion. As well value of long time skills/connections that can be obtained as result.
      Last portion is one of the reasons why young people are doing this (in addition to been able pull long hours).
