I'm a software engineer with 3 yoe and would appreciate I am looking for a referral at a startup in the US. Looking to work hard but learning a lot is my main goal here. Would appreciate if you reach out.

      IME, start ups are great for learning because you'll end up doing a bunch of stuff outside of your lane that you've never done before. Which might not be really career building, but it's interesting. But whether you'll get hired... depends on the role, and the company.
